Privacy notice

Smart Me Academy, 6 Loerie Street, Meyerton Park, collects information so we can enrol a child and speak to the family. We do not sell it.

From a parent or guardian we may keep a name, phone number, email address, home address, the child’s name and date of birth, the grade, and copies of documents you choose to send. That includes a birth certificate, an identity document, a clinic card and a photograph.

We use those details to process an application, confirm fees, keep a school record, and reply to you. Only the academy office can see them.

Photos of a child are used only if you give consent. The places we use them are our website, Facebook and WhatsApp. If you do not consent, we will not use the photos.
